Chapter 9 · Raja Vidya Raja Guhya Yoga

Never Lost · A Bold Promise to the Devotee

क्षिप्रं भवति धर्मात्मा शश्वच्छान्तिं निगच्छति । कौन्तेय प्रतिजानीहि न मे भक्तः प्रणश्यति ॥

kṣipraṁ bhavati dharmātmā śaśvac chāntiṁ nigacchati kaunteya pratijānīhi na me bhaktaḥ praṇaśyati

Meaning

"Quickly they become righteous and attain lasting peace; O son of Kunti, declare boldly that My devotee never perishes."

Explanation

Krishna doesn't just quietly promise this — he tells Arjuna to declare it boldly, out loud. It's a strong, public reassurance meant to reach anyone who's ever wondered whether sincere effort toward the divine could really go to waste.

Today's Life Lesson

Trust boldly today that sincere effort toward what's good in you is never wasted, even when progress feels invisible.
