Welcome to Omrat (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Service”), a devotional platform operated by TECHNEXUSGEN PRIVATE LIMITED, Bangalore, India, available at omrat.in and through the Omrat mobile apps. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Omrat’s devotional content — daily horoscope, Panchang, mantras, Bhagavad Gita, aartis, festival guides — is free for personal, devotional and informational use. Some personalised features (Kundli, Kundli Milan, tarot, palm reading, numerology, AI astrologer chat) use a credit system, and Puja bookings with Pandits are paid services. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to scrape or redistribute content without permission, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, probe or damage our infrastructure.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@technexusgen.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account; deletion removes your data and any unused credit balance.

3. Credits, Payments & Refunds

Personalised AI readings are unlocked with credits. New accounts receive free welcome credits; additional credits and subscriptions can be purchased through our payment partner Razorpay. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and are consumed per reading. If a reading fails to generate, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance. Donations made through the Service are voluntary and non-refundable. For any payment issue or refund request, contact support@technexusgen.com within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Pandit & Astrologer Marketplace

Omrat connects devotees with independent Pandits and astrologers. Providers are independent professionals, not employees or agents of TECHNEXUSGEN PRIVATE LIMITED. We verify providers’ submitted documents before listing them as “OMrat Verified”, but we do not guarantee the quality, outcome or spiritual efficacy of any ceremony or consultation. The provider is responsible for performing the booked service; we facilitate discovery, booking and payment. For cancellations, rescheduling or disputes, contact us at support@technexusgen.com and we will assist in resolving the matter with the provider.

5. Content Ownership

All original content published on Omrat — god profiles, blog articles, festival write-ups, Panchang explanations, design, illustrations — is copyright © TECHNEXUSGEN PRIVATE LIMITED. Classical Sanskrit mantras, verses of the Bhagavad Gita and traditional scripture are in the public domain; our translations and commentary are not. You may quote short excerpts with credit and a link back. For any larger use, please write to us.

6. Devotional, Astrological & AI-Generated Content

Horoscope, Kundli, Kundli Milan, tarot, palm reading, numerology, Muhurat, Panchang, mantras and ritual explanations are provided for spiritual guidance, inspiration and traditional knowledge only. Personalised readings are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence based on the details you provide. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and should not be the sole basis for major life decisions. Always consult qualified professionals before acting on any information found on Omrat.

7. Third-Party Links & Ads

Our pages may contain links to external websites and advertisements served by Google AdSense. We have no control over their content and are not responsible for their practices. Visit their own terms and privacy policies before using them.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that every mantra or scripture translation is without typographical error, though we make every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TECHNEXUSGEN PRIVATE LIMITED, its directors, employees or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including services performed by independent Pandits or astrologers.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
