Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete it yourself (instant)

1. Log in at omrat.in (web) or open the Omrat app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion.

Your account is deleted immediately — there is no waiting period.

Option 2 — Can't log in? Request deletion by email

Email support@technexusgen.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Omrat account". We'll verify and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile — name, email, date of birth, birth time and place, generated birth chart
• Your saved prayers, reminders, favorites and japa/mala history
• Your horoscope view history and daily guidance cache
• Your credits balance and subscription status
• Your login sessions and preferred language setting

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Data is removed from our production database immediately; residual copies in routine backups are purged within 30 days.

What we retain

We do not retain any personal data after account deletion, except where required by law (for example, financial transaction records already reported to a payment processor for tax/regulatory compliance are retained by that processor, not by us, per their own retention policy).
