Divine Comfort · Returning to Safety

मा ते व्यथा मा च विमूढभावो दृष्ट्वा रूपं घोरमीदृङ्ममेदम् । व्यपेतभीः प्रीतमनाः पुनस्त्वं तदेव मे रूपमिदं प्रपश्य ॥

mā te vyathā mā ca vimūḍhabhāvo dṛṣṭvā rūpaṁ ghoram īdṛṅ mamedam, vyapetabhīḥ prītamanāḥ punas tvaṁ tad eva me rūpam idaṁ prapaśya.

Meaning

"Let there be no more distress or bewilderment in you from having seen this terrible form of Mine; free from fear, with a joyful mind, now see again this same familiar form of Mine."

Explanation

After a moment of overwhelming intensity, Krishna gently offers comfort and a return to safety and calm.
