युञ्जन्नेवं सदाऽऽत्मानं योगी विगतकल्मषः । सुखेन ब्रह्मसंस्पर्शमत्यन्तं सुखमश्नुते ॥

yuñjann evaṁ sadātmānaṁ yogī vigatakalmaṣaḥ, sukhena brahmasaṁsparśam atyantaṁ sukham aśnute.

Meaning

"Thus constantly uniting the self through meditation, the yogi freed from sin easily attains the boundless happiness of touching Brahman."

Explanation

A mind purified through steady practice finds that boundless joy isn't a distant reward—it becomes almost effortless.
