Chapter 9 · Raja Vidya Raja Guhya Yoga

The Simple Path · Turning Attention Again and Again

मन्मना भव मद्भक्तो मद्याजी मां नमस्कुरु । मामेवैष्यसि युक्त्वैवमात्मानं मत्परायणः ॥

man-manā bhava mad-bhakto mad-yājī māṁ namaskuru mām evaiṣyasi yuktvaivam ātmānaṁ mat-parāyaṇaḥ

Meaning

"Fix your mind on Me, be devoted to Me, worship Me, and bow to Me. Having thus united yourself to Me and made Me your goal, you will surely come to Me."

Explanation

This closing instruction of the chapter is refreshingly simple — not a complicated path, just a repeated, gentle turning of attention and heart toward the divine. Simplicity itself can be the deepest practice.

Today's Life Lesson

Keep it simple today — a few quiet moments of turning your mind and heart toward what matters most is practice enough.
