Chapter 13 · Kshetra Kshetrajna Vibhaga Yoga

Not Harming Yourself · Sacred Sight, Gentle Care

Meaning

"Seeing the Lord equally present everywhere, one does not degrade the self by the self, and thus attains the highest goal."

Explanation

There's a gentle warning tucked in here too — that we can harm ourselves through our own choices. Seeing the sacred everywhere naturally makes us more careful with ourselves.

Today's Life Lesson

Treat yourself today with the same reverence you'd offer something sacred — you deserve that same gentle care.
