सर्वकर्माणि मनसा संन्यस्यास्ते सुखं वशी । नवद्वारे पुरे देही नैव कुर्वन्न कारयन् ॥

sarva-karmāṇi manasā sannyasyāste sukhaṁ vaśī nava-dvāre pure dehī naiva kurvan na kārayan

Meaning

"The self-controlled soul, having mentally renounced all actions, dwells happily in the nine-gated city of the body, neither acting nor causing action."

Explanation

There's a quiet part of you that can remain undisturbed even while your hands and mind stay busy with daily life. Finding that inner room, untouched by the noise, is a kind of rest available any time.
