Chapter 13 · Kshetra Kshetrajna Vibhaga Yoga

Honoring Solitude · Depth That Grows in Stillness

मयि चानन्ययोगेन भक्तिरव्यभिचारिणी । विविक्तदेशसेवित्वमरतिर्जनसंसदि ॥

mayi cānanya-yogena bhaktir avyabhicāriṇī vivikta-deśa-sevitvam aratir jana-saṁsadi

Meaning

"Unwavering devotion to Me through undivided yoga, a preference for solitary places, and disinterest in the crowd's company—"

Explanation

There's honest permission here to need quiet and solitude, even if the world prizes constant socializing. Some depth only grows in stillness.

Today's Life Lesson

If you need quiet time away from the crowd today, take it without guilt — that stillness has its own value.
