Chapter 12 · Bhakti Yoga

Practice Is Enough · When Focus Won't Come Easily

Meaning

"If you are unable to fix your mind steadily on Me, then seek to reach Me through the practice of repeated effort, O Dhananjaya."

Explanation

Krishna doesn't demand instant mastery — he offers a fallback for those who simply can't hold their focus steady yet. Practice, done repeatedly and patiently, is presented as a completely valid path in its own right.

Today's Life Lesson

If your focus wavers today, don't give up — just keep practicing steadily, that repetition is its own valid path.
