Chapter 6 · Dhyana Yoga

The Path of Love · The Simplest Union

योगिनामपि सर्वेषां मद्गतेनान्तरात्मना । श्रद्धावान्भजते यो मां स मे युक्ततमो मतः ॥

yoginām api sarveṣāṁ mad-gatenāntar-ātmanā śraddhāvān bhajate yo māṁ sa me yuktatamo mataḥ

Meaning

"Among all yogis, one who worships Me with faith, their inner self absorbed in Me, is considered by Me to be the most united of all."

Explanation

Of all the paths to inner steadiness, the simplest and most direct is love — a heart quietly turned toward the divine again and again. You don't need to master every technique to begin; you just need to keep turning your heart back.

Today's Life Lesson

Today, let a quiet moment of heartfelt devotion or gratitude be enough — you don't need a perfect practice to feel connected.
