Patience with Practice · Small Steps Add Up

असंशयं महाबाहो मनो दुर्निग्रहं चलम्

asanśayaṁ mahā-bāho mano durnigrahaṁ calam

Meaning

"Lord Krishna said: Undoubtedly, O mighty-armed Arjuna, the mind is restless and difficult to control. But it can be mastered through regular practice and detachment."

Explanation

Even Krishna acknowledges the mind is hard to tame — the encouragement is that steady practice, not overnight perfection, is the way.

Today's Life Lesson

Be patient with your own restlessness — a wandering mind isn't failure, it's simply asking for more practice.
