Chapter 18 · Moksha Sanyasa Yoga

Turning Your Whole Self · The Simplest Answer

तमेव शरणं गच्छ सर्वभावेन भारत । तत्प्रसादात्परां शान्तिं स्थानं प्राप्स्यसि शाश्वतम् ॥

tam eva śaraṇaṁ gaccha sarva-bhāvena bhārata tat-prasādāt parāṁ śāntiṁ sthānaṁ prāpsyasi śāśvatam

Meaning

"Take refuge in Him alone with your whole being, O Bharata; by His grace you shall attain supreme peace and the eternal abode."

Explanation

This is one of the most direct invitations in the entire Gita — when everything else feels too complicated, simply turning your whole self toward the divine is itself the answer.

Today's Life Lesson

When today feels too complicated to figure out, try simply turning your whole self toward what you trust most.
